All Products are subject to availability. We may limit the quantity of any Product sold to a single customer, household, or order, and we may discontinue any Product at any time without notice.
If a Product you ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a substitution, a partial refund, or a full refund of the affected item.
5. Pricing, Currency & Taxes
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Prices are subject to change at any time before your order is placed. A change in price does not affect an order that has already been confirmed, except where the original price was published in error as described below.
Applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes may be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping destination and applicable law.
International orders may additionally be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are generally the responsibility of the customer, as described in our Shipping Policy.
Pricing & Description Errors
Despite our efforts, our website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to price, description, availability, promotion, or shipping charges.
We reserve the right to correct any error and to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price, even after the order has been submitted or confirmed. If your order is cancelled for this reason and payment has already been taken, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
6. Orders & Order Acceptance
Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase the Products in that order. It does not create a binding contract until we accept it.
An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order. Our acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the Products to you and issue a shipping confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, in whole or in part, including where:

· There was an error in the price, description, or promotional terms;
· Payment could not be verified, authorised, or completed;
· The billing or shipping information provided appears inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent;

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the affected amount to your original payment method.
7. Payment
Payment is required in full at the time your order is placed, using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

· Sufficient funds or credit are available to cover the full order amount.

If a payment is declined, reversed, or charged back, we may suspend or cancel the related order and take reasonable steps to recover amounts owed.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed, and tracking information is generally provided within 1 to 3 business days after processing.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title to the Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns, refunds, cancellations, and claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence, including the 14-day right of withdrawal available to eligible customers in the European Union.
10. Promotions, Discounts & Coupon Codes
From time to time we may offer promotions, discount codes, or special offers. Unless stated otherwise:
· Offers are valid only for the period stated and while stocks last;
· Only one discount code may be applied per order;
· Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit;
· Codes may not be applied retroactively to a completed order;
· We may withdraw, modify, or cancel a promotion at any time, including where it has been misused, duplicated, or obtained in an unauthorised way.
If a returned order included a promotional discount, any refund will reflect the amount actually paid.
